Please bring your morning urine & stool samples on the day of health check-up, in the container kit provided by the hospital.
Person undergoing health check-up, should reach the hospital at 8:00 am sharp.
If your package includes, Sonography (USG/Ultrasound), you will have to drink plenty of water to make your bladder full. A full bladder helps in better visualization during ultrasound.
If your package includes, Treadmill test (TMT), you are advised to wear appropriate footwear & attire for your comfort for undergoing test. For accurate test result, men are advised to shave their chest at home, before coming for health check-up.
Kindly carry all your necessary medical records and files, if any.
The health check-up will take around 4-5 hours for completion. So it is advised that you plan your schedule accordingly.
If you are on any medications, for e.g, Hypertension or diabetes, you can continue them as per your doctor’s prescription.

Don't
Avoid eating too salty food, non-vegetarian food items, alcohol in dinner meal prior to health check-up, since these foodstuff give variations in test results
Avoid drinking any morning drinks like Coffee, Tea, Sugar free beverages, Lemon-water, any other health drinks which will break the 12 hour fasting period
Avoid exercise / heavy physical activity immediately, before health check-up, since it could raise your blood pressure & drop your potassium levels
Females should avoid wearing jewellery
Females should avoid giving urine samples during Menstrual period & 2 days prior and after Menstrual period
Females undergoing Mammogram, are advised to avoid the test during Menstrual period
Avoid applying creams, lotions, powder, perfumes, under the arms & around the chest, since it can interfere with quality of test
If pregnant, please inform the staff to cancel the x ray
Avoid wearing contact lenses on the day of health check-up. you can carry your prescription glasses
If you are on Beta blockers, and undergoing TMT (Stress Test), Kindly consult your physician as to stop or taper the dose, 48 hours prior to health check-up
